INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
I provide one-on-one, 50-minute sessions for people dealing with anything from personal issues from grief and relationship troubles, to depression and anxiety.
I’ll help explore thoughts, feelings and experiences in order for you to gain a better understanding of yourself, your relationships and to find peace.
FAMILY THERAPY
I provide 50-minute sessions for families working through grief, stress-management, major transitions, mental and behavioral problems as well as other dynamics.
I’ll help enhance the skills for healthy communication and overall potential success for the family unit.
COUPLES THERAPY
I provide 50-minute sessions for couples who are in search of a safe place to talk, express themselves and grow stronger - together.
I’ll help problem-solve within different areas of your love life and we will come up with successful solutions as a team.
